If you are having difficulty delivering safe, quality patient care, and have been unsuccessful addressing the issue at a unit level with your manager, bring your concerns to your Service Line Representative. This is one of the places where your ADO goes. The agenda items for both LMM and PCC are submitted one week prior to meeting, so timeliness is important.
